Thank you so much everyone! Im finally realizing that I dont look big anymore and its so awesome to discover. Im slowly letting go of my own "fat girl" image that I have in my head. You are all too kind!

I just wanted to post to show my progress. Forgive me for these pictures. The first picture is of me at around 280, which isn't my highest (312 is), on Christmas morning one year. And I am wearing a very unflattering shirt in the second picture, so my weight loss may not be very apparent. But, it's there. The scale doesn't lie. Or it better not (grinds my teeth and shakes my first angrily in the air).

Well...these aren't weight loss related...but I wanted to share. I'm working on my costume for our local Renaissance festival, and my boyfriend's costume as well...

This is my fairy skirt and my corset (the skirt comes down below my knees and is very poofy, so it was hard to take a good picture of it myself)...



The top of the corset (although I'm making a different, black shirt to go with it)...




And these are my BOYFRIEND's fairy wings that I just finished. I'll be doing mine tomorrow and will post a picture later (they are a lot bigger and are a closed frame not an open frame like his)...





Sorry if the pictures are really big...I'm not exactly sure how to shrink them....I just wanted to share. I had never tried making fairy wings before and it was way more time consuming then I thought it would be but I think they look really cool. They look even cooler in natural light but it's night time and so there IS no natural light right now. lol

DivineFidelity - I love the Texas Renaissance Festival! I just drove past it yesterday actually (assuming you're talking about the same one) and I can't wait to go this year! Your costume looks great! I'm a big fan of corsets so hopefully I will get a chance to wear mine this year. My friend that usually dresses up with me is studying abroad this semester.

RebaRamBam - Yeah, it's the Texas Ren Fest that we're going to. I go every year...and for the past 4 years I have dressed up. It makes the whole experience so much more fun. We camp every year too...which is a blast. This year though I think I'm going to have to walk around in my costume and go see the shows, go back to camp and change into normal clothes, and then go shopping.....because MY fairy wings (that aren't finished yet) are GINORMOUS and won't fit through doors. If I walked into a shop with them on I would knock everything over. lol
