You all look so amazing!! This is my first time on the 3FC I am ready to get my old self back but its going to take alot of work. If any of you have any dieting/exercise thoughts to share please do. After i see your outcomes, i could use all the advice i can get!

Drista83: I personally lost all my weight through calorie counting and moderate exercise. I recommend you experiment with different methods, some girls have found success through calories counting, others through restricting cards. All bodies are different, so you just have to find what works for you body type, and lifestyle. best of luck!


I wanted to share a pic of me at about 130. Pretty dorky, but I'm so proud of my muscles!

Hello ladies!! I just went through all of the pictures, and you all are doing great!! Such motivation!

Divine, sometimes we fall back, but at least you are getting back in the saddle!

I don't really have any pictures to post right now (on work computer, and don't have facebook access) But I will get some up very shortly.

I am 27, started around 192, did HCG, got to about 174, stopped HCG, got back up to 180 something and decided I needed to do it the right way. So December, after about a month of hitting gym hard core, I hired a trainer. My first official weigh in was 177, but like I said, I was hitting the gym a lot prior. I feel like I am stuck at 164 right now I saw 162 once, but I really feel like I can not get past 164

I go to the gym, and I know I am toning up, my diet is much better, but I am stuck.

I will post some pictures here tomorrow. It is nice to meet you all and find people with similar interest as I do, to lead a healthy lifestyle. I can see a minor change in my face, but it is still depressing. I feel like I just can not lose.

These are my "before" pictures, and they are all through out the year 2010. The one in the sweat shirt was an 80's bday party (for me) March 17, 2011. The batman shirt ones were from Oct 2010. The green shirt one was from the summer time, when I was on HCG and thought I was skinny what in the world was I thinking???? I was between 185 and 179 in these pics.



These are recent pictures. The full length was last Saturday (164lbs), the middle face was 2 nights ago and the other one is about 3 weeks ago. I think I can see my face being thinner in the middle picture, but I KNOW I can see a difference from the first set of pictures!
