I've been running a really long time but I was looking for a way to get my endurance up and to work on speed so I was playing on Stumbleupon (probably the coolest thing ever) a couple of days ago and I found this:
Chubby Jones. It's this woman who does the c25k and sets it to music. Couch to 5k is a program designed to get you fro inactivity to a 5k in 9 weeks or so. I don't really like staring at a timer when I run and I don't have a treadmill so this little podcast is perfect for me! She tells you when to stop running and it has pretty good music on it for the lapses in between her talking. I highly suggest it.
