I love my vitamins!!
The whole past week, I've started taking them. I take a regular multi-vitamin, a calcium supplement, a vitamin E supplement, and a B50. I've been feeling much better, not so sluggish, and have been gettng house work done for a change. I haven't been able to get up and exercise of the morning yet, but since taking these vitamins, eating at least one salad each day, and switching from white bread to 100% wheat, I've lost a pound, and am feeling much more upbeat. Hooray for me!!
