It's a great great help. I love to watch the calories burned get higher and higher, it pushes me to keep going, lol.

I had the 1 month trial and i just called and had it extended to a year, lol.
Ditto, it will be 11 o'clock at night and I'll see that I have 100 more calories more to burn to be at goal and I'll run and jump around the house like a crazy person lol

Yep! My goal is to get to 2800 burned a day, at least, and if I'm at like, 2680 I'll run around the kitchen island, or up and down the stairs till I make it. Then I think 'all those extra calories I'm burning while I sleep because of my recent activity..'

And I really like the sleep tracking, too. I like seeing 'oh, thats the 10 mins when i got up and got water' or whatever, went pee, you know? i can see what days i slept well and what days i didnt. i like looking at the drop down charts and seeing at what times i was most active.

It's so cool.

Hey ya'll, just an update. I ended up sending the bodybugg back and getting the body media fit instead. They're pretty much the same, but I prefer the body media fits interface.
