Default what gets you back on track?

So I started my weight loss journey this month with 237lbs and now I'm at 230lbs. I lost six pounds my first week and then the second I got really sick, didn't really eat much and lost 1lb. Being sick through me way off my plan, and the next week I didn't really count calories either just watched what I ate kinda...lol. We'll now I'm back on track counting every single calorie and working out. Being off track for two weeks has thrown me off a little, I feel like its harder to motivate myself since. So my question to you is how do you motivate yourself back when you get off track. I'm thinking about doing daily weigh-ins maybe that will help...

Hi!
Well I'm still new to this "being fat" thing. But I've noticed that there is so many weight loss shows on tv which really motivate me to lose this extra weight! also i keep a count down of days till I want to reach my goal (kinda like I used to be fat tv show!) haha this really kicks my butt! I put it on my fridge and when I see it I think oh no I only have # days till I have to wear that swim suit!!!!

For me, my motivation is being healthy. Unfortunately, it's a little extreme because my mom was always very negative about the effects of obesity, so I was afraid a lot of the time that I was going to die. I've since come back to reality that I probably won't die of a heart attack at 175lbs I just want to be in the healthy weight zone so that I don't have to worry about those things. Some of my family members developed diabetes in their 60s & 70s, & I just don't want to do that. I want to be healthy & active so I can play with my kids & not be hindered by weight or health.

@activemommywanted
I also watch I used to be fat and heavy, and it does inspire me, I wish they'd show more on how they did it though. I do have a specific date for my mini goal which is to be 200 by my birthay, but I haven't been really thinking about it too much lol, so I guess I just need to refocus.

what gets me back on track is seeing myself naked. I know im suppose to love myself, but i dont like how i look naked, and every time i do it reminds me of how i want to change.

and just how i feel after i eat bad foods. I feel so sluggish and heavy i just dont like that feeling.

I want to be healthy too, I've never really felt unhealthy though... I know being 237 is unhealthy, but I don’t really like fast food or junk food like most people do, and I rarely eat it, and now I've caught it off completely. I do feel more healthy now eating more often as before I'd only eat once or twice a day. How long did it take you to get under 200?

@Mickeypnd
I don't think that would work for me, I'm pretty comfortable with my body naked, but in clothing I feel I look worse....I guess I'm just weird.
