Default Does anyone else have this problem?

I have been eating on track with my diet plan (calorie counting). I had a planned treat this weekend, a donut! I was very excited. But I think the high fat content made me sick Does anyone else have this happen when they eat a high fat/dessertish type food after eating healthy for a long period of time? My body definitely did not like that donut.

Yes. Especially when things are high in fat.

I had KFC once and it made me sicker than I ever want to be again.

I had a piece of fried chicken last week. It didn't really make me "sick", but my stomach hurt really bad all day.

Yes! I notice if I go awhile without high fat foods and am eating on plan it really bothers me to eat high fat foods. I get physically sick. Lethargic, stomach ache and what not. It's miserable but another motivation to stay away from the foods and stay on plan!

I've had that problem a few times. I think it was Moes. I was craving Moes soooo bad so I ate it. It wasn't terrible but I did feel a little nauseous a few bites in. It has happened with other things too. And I quit eating ground up beef (Law and Order SVU's fault) and i tried to eat a burger one time an I couldn't finish it because I wanted to puke. I think I ate like 1/4th of it and then couldn't finish it.

I think its kind of crazy how the body gets used to being fed healthier so when you go back to something you used to eat all the time, even just alittle, it doesnt like it.

This is why I stay away from cheesecake. I love it...it's my favorite dessert...but bleck...I feel horrendus after it.

I've gone to cheesecake FF pudding...it's a good substitute...esp mixed with pumpkin.

Definitely yes! I had a (planned) brownie earlier today--which I hadn't eaten in months--and I've been feeling supersick ever since.

Guess I'll be sticking with the occasional square of dark chocolate from now on!

I get real bloated with stuff like fast food or fried food, especially Wendy's for some reason. To the point that its actually painful! And for a few days. Strangely though I dont get it with sweet stuff, unless I actually eat enough to make myself uncomfortable. Stomachs are strange

Absolutely! About 2 weeks ago my husband and I decided to go to dinner with my husband's cousins and his kids. We wound up going to Golden Corral (not the best idea, I know. . . but my husbands cousin AND his kids are very picky eaters so we let them pick where we went). I haven't had fried food in about 4 months. I had fried shrimp and oh my gosh! I was sooooo sick about a half hour after we ate up until the afternoon of the next day!

This, if I eat food that is fattier than what I'd usually eat, definite bathroom issues.
On that topic, there's this teppanyaki restaurant my boyfriend loves - I've only been there 3 times, and I admit, it's good - but within an hour of leaving, I need a bathroom so bad - I think the sauces are way too rich!
Same on Christmas day - my sister had made this delicious crab dip - but I think the combination of cream cheese, sour cream, crab etc...just too much for me and I spent a lot of the afternoon on Christmas day sitting on the toilet - ahah. Sorry for the TMI, it's the truth though.
