For the first time, today, I feel the weight falling off. I have been pretty serious about what I put into my body for a whole week and I feel it! I woke up and got ready for work and thought about these two shirts that my mom bought me for xmas that were a little too tight. They have been sitting in the bag on the washing machine waiting for me to go return them. I wanted to wear blue. I thought of that blue shirt. I put it on! anddddddd IT fits!!!! Something about my weight distribution a week of eating right and HOPE! So if your out and about today I am the girl walking on air in the cream and blue polka dots!
Any other experiences of when it first hit you out there?! This is fun! What a feeling!
