we went out to eat and I was proud that I just just a grilled chicken salad! Usually restaurants are my weak spots, lol.
i did have two breadsticks. . . so im not really a winner tonight. ha.
Jess - Half. I'm a Giants fan. But I'll settle for saying GO TEAM MANNING (which is funny since I'm the spawn of a Jets fan and I still want them to lose).
So I just had what was one delicious and so totally not on plan meal. BUT I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. We went to Bonefish grill and had to wait for a table, so we got the saucy shrimp, then I had the 6 oz filet, grilled asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and for dessert had chocolate creme brulet. I did not eat all of the creme brulet though. Also, one glass of wine and a cranberry/vodka. My stomach is so damn happy.
Okay. Today ends my fat kid day of the week. Off to spin tomorrow

It has been a great Saturday....slept in later than I have in a long time, went to the gym because we got no snow like they were saying we would, watched "Despicable Me" and "Annie" with my little nieces. Pretty much the epitome of laziness, but it was great!!
Going to 60 minutes of spinning after you've done your first kettleball workout the day before is pretty dumb. Actually, possibly the dumbest thing I've done in a while.
So I ended up drinking this weekend, but I had 3 beers over the course of several hours on Friday. 3 is an improvement from 12 and shots so I'm okay with it. I made myself go to the gym Friday after work...
You know what the best thing about being back on plan after 3 months of not being OP? LOSING 6 LBS.... if only that could happen every week. Back down to 182.4 today. I can SO make it to 175 by Feb 17th!
Now, I need to pry my a$$ off the couch and go to the grocery store...
I need to head to the grocery store sometime today too....and do laundry desperately! haha But sitting on my bed watching random shows on tv is much more appealing LOL
Did a mini grocery shopping today. Egg white, blueberries, clementines, whole wheat bread.. getting ready to eat healthier for real and ended up putting more stuff on the grocery list for when I do get to go for a full one. If I had more time, I would've went full one but taking DD to a bounce house for a play date.
Haley Sorry to hear that you had no appetite. Hopefully you will feel better soon so that you can have good energy.
I can so see how much less of food I'm eating. And I actually carried fruit as a snack today to carry me over little bit. Now I'm drinking more water since I didn't get to drink much today.
I am soooo exhausted. i went on a 6.4 mile hike up mt. woodson, which took 4 and a half hours and has an elevation climb of 2000 feet. and i ran down the mountain. why? i dont know. now i can't move. stella, i will also be spending the rest of today on my bum. with my feet elevated. lol!
i ate mint chocolate chip ice cream today after the hike. muwahahaha. whatevs.
i really do not care if my diet is 100% OP if i'm working out like i have been lately. if i didnt fit some random sweets and french fries in there, i probably would go into starvation mode
so sunday is my official weigh-in day, and i got a wonderful gift from the scale-fairy: 165.5!! so down 2 pounds from last sunday
Jess - that's how I felt when I was hiking 15 miles during the weekend. And awesome on the 165!! I can't wait until Tuesday - hopefully my muscles aren't retaining water by then.
And yeah, I just took an ice cold bath in an attempt to talk my muscles into moving again. I think they're less pi$$ed but got more irritated when I tried to stretch. Whoops.
