Count me in this group too. I'll be 30 in November. I'm hoping to meet my goal weight by then and start my 30s off right.

Good luck. No better time to start than the present! Age is just a number, it is how you feel that counts.

I'm in! This is the reason I am here. I turn 30 in August & I am ready to be an organized, productive and healthy woman! My 20's were my "eh, life is hard and kicking me while I am down so I might as well stay down" decade and **** if my 30's are going to be that way!

hey, welcome! and as you can see, there's quite a few of us 29 y.o.'s here!

i actually started this journey just around my 29th b-day last year because i was freakin out about being so close to 30 and i just decided i wasn't gonna be 30 and fat! my goal is to weigh 130 when i hit 30 dunno if that's gonna be doable but i sure as **** will be trying my best to get as slim as possible before next august!!

good luck!

You can do it girls. Something about turning older does make us reflect a lot more, doesn't it?

I know it has for me...I got a new puppy in September because of the impending big day (turning 30) as it is something I've always wanted to do. You would think a puppy would make me walk outside more but he is a little bad on the leash right now and no light-weight either (he is 7.5 months old and 75+ pounds). Strength training, here I come (I will need it with my pup).
