I've definitely noticed a difference! I could never wear them before cause it hurt my feet soo much! Now it's not a big deal. I will say you should start slowly and build up a tolerance. Always carry a pair of flats with you until you are sure you can go the distance without pain. I learned that one the hard way
. Blisters on the balls of my feet...I ended up walking around the building barefoot and begged for a ride home. Lol And I ended up walking weird because it hurt...so I like waddled...not cute!
So yes, it will help but remember to build up your tolerance to it also.
