I absolutely CANNOT WAIT to get to Onederland! I couldn't tell you the last time my weight started with a 1. I don't know that I'll truly believe that I've accomplished significant weight loss until I get there. Good job Marniadec!!! And to everyone else who is so close: WE CAN DO IT!

I lost 1.4 lbs last week, and so far this week I've lost 0.8. If I can lose another 0.6 for this week, and then stick with a 1.4 lbs loss every week until Christmas, then I will reach my goal! As long as I can resist the fast food I should be fine. I will be extremely stressed the next few weeks because there's only 3 weeks left of this semester. I have 3 major projects, 1 little project, plus a final to do during this time. So fast food/fried food will definitely be tempting me. I just need to remember Subway when I want to pick something quick up. Have a great day everyone!

zoochick777: Good luck on your projects and avoiding fast food. I'm sure you will be fine

Just checking in to wish everyone good luck on your weigh-in day. Mine is on Tuesday. A bit nervous for this one actually. I haven't been the best I could've been on Friday and Saturday. Back in control now so am gonna try to fix the damage I've done. But I do have faith that we WILL be at least 10 pounds lighter by Christmas. We can do this!

Oh dear. I know it's water retention. I got down to 72kg / 158.7 pounds at the end of last week and then an extra salty night out ruined me! I am back on track now - hoping to get rid of this water weight soon!
