Ughh--I'm bouncing in between 179.8 and 180.0. I have a feeling tomorrow morning's weight will be a bit higher due to it's my TOM. I'm so frustrated.

OMG ... 180.0 this morning ... it's probably a fluke but I haven't seen this number on the scale EVER (I'll say ever, I'm sure it's not ever but you know not ever since I've been losing weight lol)

So I had my 'fluke' of 180.0 the other day ... and then the next morning I weighed and the scale said 179.8 !!! ... I didn't weigh today and I'm going to skip over the weekend because I'll be going out tonight ... maybe I'll wait until Monday a.m. and see what that brings ...

weighed in at 180.5 today. so happy that i`m almsot out of here didn`t count calories this whole weekend, and still binged a bit at night (all that halloween candy gave me cravings.....) but today i`m eating healthier (no counting though) and tomorrow back to the counting!!

just a question for everyone, when you chose your ultimate goal, did you ever change it? i know i`ve set mine to 155, but my body is looking pretty toned at what i`m at now... and my boyfriend doesn`t want me losing more. he`s agreed tolet me get to 170lbs, so i can see how i feel about it and go from there...
