Hello. I'm new to 3FC and the 180's. I've been 189 for two days now. Don't get be wrong 180's, I'm glad to be here, but I'll be thrilled to leave you. The 180's/170's border has historically been a hurdle for me, but this time I will get over it.

I am also new to 3FC. I had been living in discontent for the past few years, thinking I was in the 180s. Until I hopped on the scale last month and realized that I had reached the mid-190s, meaning the 10 pound buffer between me and 200 was nonexistent. Since then I have lost about 9 pounds and I weighed in this morning at approx. 187.
Making the total lifestyle change has been a struggle so far. I am a full-time law student, which causes me a lot of stress. But I think I am finally getting the hang of it and I am ready to kick the 180s for good. Exiting the 180s will be a great motivator for me, because I can't remember the last time I was in the 170s!

Yes i do see that when i dont weigh myself daily or every other day, i tend to slack off, so im trying to weigh myself everyday. just once though

Sweetpeach - that was the same for me. I was in the 180's for about a year and then I saw myself creeping toward 200 and I freaked out. For some reason being that close to a certain number was the tipping point. I had never really seen myself as overweight but when I saw 196 or so it was like a totally different person in the mirror.
Cal counting on the weekends is hard because I'm usually staying away from home for a couple of days, staying in hostels and eating street food like falafel's or we go out for mcdonald's if there are boys around. Then I have to guestimate which I'm terrible out or I'm just generally not eating healthy-ish foods. I love to go out but it's so much easier staying at home. lol

I'm the same way, i had an emotional breakdown when i saw 200, i dont know why seeing 200 on the scale is that much more horrifying than 195.
And about mcdonalds.. just look up their nutrition facts online you will know exactly what your consuming. Falafel balls alone aren't too bad generally

BF took me to all my favorite places to eat in NYC over the weekend, bought me chocolate fortune cookies for v-day, and my mother sent me cupcakes. This is not going to be a good week.

189.6 today!! Every time I've lost weight this is the only categor(180-190) that is a short stay for me....I always get stuck around middle 190's forever and blow through the 180's and get stuck in the 170s forever.
Hoping my stay this time is short also

How is everyone doing out there in 180-land? New low of 187 for me today after recovering from my total pig out for V-day. Oops?
