TOM is nearly over. I have been going back and forth between 181 and 182.5 all week. I'm really hoping for a little whoosh for my official weigh-in Monday!

I know that this is slow and steady, but I've been really on plan and I am hoping that I can lose at least 1 pound a week!

Ok, so I might be out of here!!! I weighted myself and today I was 80.8 kg!!! Which is 178.2 I am hoping this is not just a glitch, I have a renewed sense of purpose!!! But I just got a cold, and that always affects my workouts Why do I get sick the minute I start making some progress???

It's finally happened... FINALLY the scale number has budged! And in the right direction too!

185.6 (this is after seeing 188 to 189 for the last month)

Thank goodness. Just seeing a smaller number this morning has done so much for my psyche. I'll be doing everything possible to keep this ball rolling!

way to go, prepping!! you're halfway out of the 180s now, and only 0.6 pounds left for your mini-goal! it looks like everyone was getting out of the 180s as I was getting here, so it's nice to have some company. but I have a feeling you'll be out of here soon

It's not too late to join this thread I hope! At the doctors office on their scale, with clothing on I was 181.4. I really need to get back on track, over the summer I was in the 150's but then I got depressed and started eating like crap.

mdchick, thanks so much for the support! Considering how slowly I have been losing, it feels good to be so close to one of my goals. And don't you worry, I'll be around here for a while longer. I won't even feel comfortable going into the 170s until I'm firmly 177. I'd be too worried that it'll jump back into the 180s as soon as I got comfortable with seeing '7'! Guess I'm a little superstitious.

tschaff, Welcome and I hope you don't stay long! (and I mean that in a nice way!)

Anja, it's never too late to join in. I've been popping into this thread for a good two years now. LoL But with a weight of 181.4 midday clothed, you'll be outta here and into the 170s in no time. GL!

YAY! i finally broke through my plateo i was stuck at 186.6-186.2 and this morning i was 185.0 woohoo cant wait to be on the lower sides of the 180's!

185.0 today, halfway there!! Once I get to 180 I'll be halfway to goal... I still can't believe it!!

jackie... I love your 3rd mini goal I haven't changed my facebook picture in 2 years because of my weight gain. I think in 15/20 pounds I'll get up the courage to post a new one (hopefully!)
