Okay I'm back in the 180s... gaaaah... I was in the 170s and then started eating like crap and here I am back! Oh well! At least it's not the 250s!

Well I can totally relate Everlasting I've been to the 170's and 160's, alllllll the way back. But we pick ourselves up and keep going!

So last night my husband and I went to a Christmas party. I planned out my calories and exercise because I knew there would be nothing low calorie except for the veggie platter. I paced myself, had small portions, ate bites of dessert instead of the whole thing, and I ate until I was just fulled. Throughout the night my stomach started to bloat and all I kept thinking was, " OH NO! I've gained all my weight back in one night!!!" I talked with my husband on the way home and I started to realize how absurd I sounded. Of course I didn't gain it all back. Have you guys ever had this feeling?

happilymarried - I think they call that "food baby" lol. Though I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach and usually can't tell if I have food baby or not, I have had times where I'm drinking or eating lots of sodium where I can actually see myself blow up like a balloon in a few short hours. It's just the sodium. Don't worry lol.

I think I'll be heading out of here by Monday when TOM is over - I dropped again to 178.4 this morning!

Everlasting- I am with ya girl, I have seen those 170's and then plopped right back up to 188. You'll kick it, no worries!

Mary! AWESOMENESS! I weighed in at 178.0 today, we are so getting out of here tomorrow. And this time we are NEVER coming back. I have vested way too much time in this thread.

Happily- I totally get the insta-bloat! I carry my weight in my gut, and just some minor bloating and my pants are digging right in! It's totally annoying. I actually bought some Diurex to fight that, and it really helps. I deal with it almost weekly.

I feel like I'll be stuck here forever. UGH. I hate this hopeless feeling!

I'm sick of all the food I have in the house - I want something yummy and GOOD.

I so wanted to be at 160 by February 26th when I have to sing in a wedding...at this rate I feel like I'll be NOWHERE near that. (the last 20 pounds has taken a YEAR to lose)

I've been trying for 1800 calories all this time - now I'm starting to think no matter what the "so called experts" say that I should drop my cals somehow.

Woohoo! The scale came up as 181.4 today! so that's 2.2lbs down from last Monday. After my last weigh in I was resigned to losing 1lb a week so this is a nice surprse. Now I feel so much closer to the 170s, I mean it might come next week! So excied!

Welllllllll it's official! 179.6!!! It even said 179.0 flat earlier this morn (not my reg weigh in time tho) soooo I guessss I can FINALly move my tracker!!!

WOOHOOOOOOOOOO! Wasn't as much as I was hoping for but I can't complain. I'm working hard at it and just gotta keep striving! Thank you ladies for your support!

I'm not sure what I weigh this week. One scale said 181, the other said 178. Soooo...I'm going to see what this week brings and hopefully I can FINALLY break through and join the 170's thread. It didn't help I got sick a few days ago, but I'm going to the gym tomorrow! Let's do this ladies!

Amanda- we are waiting for you in the 170's- and I am sure you are officially in the 170's this week since you probably didn't weigh naked in public, lol. The 170's thread is pretty darn slow, every one there is leaving, so we are going to need the company! Hope to see you in a couple days!!

Haha, no I didn't weigh naked. But I'm sure surprised by the women that do! Sure, womens' bodies are beautiful...but I don't choose to openly look ya know? ANYWAY- I'll do my best! Next weigh in is when we go home to visit family in California. I'm going to try my very best to stay on track. But with In-N-Out, Ruby's, Del Taco, Island's, Mama Cozza's, Disneyland...it's going to be tough. Luckily 24 hour fitness is nice enough to give me AND my husband guest passes for the time we're there- ya hoo!
