Back after Baby

Hey all! I used to hang out here a bit a year or so ago, before I got pregnant. Well, I had my baby boy 4 weeks ago today and am ready to get back in the game.

For the next couple of weeks I will focus on diet, and after my 6 week check up with my Dr I will start working out again.

Looking forward to meeting all the new people!
