Ok I'm a little late in the game on this challenge, but i would love to join in to have some awesome supporters!

That should be a VERY do-able goal, but I lose weight EXTREMELY slow. If I make this goal I will be running around my house naked, jumping for joy, no joke!

So I just realized we are 7 weeks away from Thanksgiving and I'm pretty sure I won't be able to lose a pound per week (never have in the past)....UGH, i wish I had more faith in myself!

My Thanksgiving goal weight is 150 , that's an average of 3 pound loss per week. I can't wait! Having these mini goals really keeps me inspired to workout hard and think twice about what I put in my mouth, thanks for helping me stay accountable ladies!

I'm still working on my Halloween goal but I really need this one too. lol I'm moving back to my home state a few days after Thanksgiving and I'd LOVE to go back at goal. My Halloween goal is 120. Today I was 127. Maybe I'll make it but otherwise I'll roll it into my goal of 115 by Thanksgiving. I'm working hard on my 30 day shred and doing Fast-5 so I've got lots of hope!

I haven't posted in a little over a week, I had a little situation with a thing called strep throat

Anyways I am still holding on at 174. No loss in over a week, I am a little sad, but I know I can get to my Thanksgiving goal regardless! 9 lbs to go!

About 2.2 lbs above what I should be if I were on track... I'm just going to work really hard and lose as much as I can by Thanksgiving!

Congrats to all of you who have seen losses so far, we can do this!

I've been gone for a little bit- went out of state to look for a new place to live and found an awesome place right at the beach and boardwalk.....you know what that means, right? Motivation to get in great shape because I'll be spending a lot of time on the beach, long runs on the boardwalk, living in an active community- I'm pumped!!! Anyway, something crazy happened that's never happened before....I went out of town, ate a bit off plan, drank a little booze and somehow managed to loose a couple of pounds. I had to step on the scale three times to believe it, then I checked my scale with a free weight and it was right. I was so darn happy and surprised! I'm doing well in this challenge, started at 137 and now at 132 and with a while to go I believe I can do this, even with a move 750 miles away.

Stay focused and determined everyone! Looking forward to hearing about your progress!
