Gi, I lose slower than that but I am fine with it. It'll probably take me until the end of November to be solidly out of the 200s. Crazy body! Grats on 198.4!

I hop on the scale regularly, just 'cause it's there. But I don't really track the number unless it's after 4pm every week or longer.
For some the scale can be a huge stress source, I've managed to avoid that.

Saph - That is awesome! Congratulations!!! You will def get there by Halloween! I just love mini goals =)

I made the horrible mistake of weighing myself today on an off day and it says 191.4 as well but since it's not my "official" weigh in day I'm still gonna wait til Monday...it sucks because its now going to bother me if on Monday I don't weigh 191 lol!

It's def a good thing I waited to weigh in...of course the TOM is coming in a few days and my weight shot up, ended up only losing another 0.4 lbs so still sitting around 193.4 =/ NOT Happy! But alas, it must come off so I'm just gonna keep pushign through!

Congratulations all of you ladies joining us and getting ready to leave us as well! =)

Awesome, Blcarter ! Keep it up!

I have been MIA the past few days, there is a looming death in the family, so everyone is gathering etc... I am home from work for lunch, trying to get my head screwed on straight. This morning at work was absolutely awful, mistakes, going back looking twice etc.... the focus just isn't there. I am hoping that I'm only having a hard time getting back into work and that the afternoon will be better.

Last night I stood on the scale (since TOM is over I've had a HUGE whoosh downwards) and I saw 195.6!!WTF sooo not going to record anything until tomorrow morning BUT that would be my next minigoal which is 195 by Halloween...and I totally thought I wouldn't make itL
