Wow everyone is doing such an amazing time NOT sticking around inthis thread!! lol I'm still here and NOT going to weigh myself until next wednesday and then hopefully I will be joining all of you lovely ladies in the 180's
hope everyone is doing well on Valentine's weekend!
still at 198, and Im pretty okay with that. Went out for Valentine's day with the bf and we went to Olive Garden. My first time there, and Im pretty happy i didn't gain any weight back, as I ate whatever the heck i wanted!
I gained a couple pounds which took me out of the 190s when I started exercising regularly, thankfully I didn't quit when I wanted because I weighed in today at 197.5!! Hopefully my bad eating habits today won't bump me up, I'll have to do some extra cardio before bed tonight.
Hi all. So last time I checked in was 192. That was a lie, one day i was 194, next 192, than the next 194. Boo Anyways I had gotten back up to 196. Saturday I went to the ER because I was having heart palpitaions and let me tell you IT WAS THE SCARIEST THING EVER! I've always had chest pains but this...wow...Anyways after being there 5 hrs the dr said I may have something (cant remember the name) but something to do with my valves so he gave me a referal to the cardiologist. If it is what he says I will have to take medication. So since this has happened, I have been ordered to not exercise until we figure out whats going on. And it sucks!!! As i was going back down this happens!! I see the cardiologist Tuesday and I hope the actually look into this, i've had chest pains for as long as I can remember and everyone always says its acid reflux and ITS NOT im 100% positive!! And now the heart palpitations...I feel like things are getting worse and i feel like i'm gonna die My dr told me today if im having a heart palpitation my blood pressure could drop and than I could faint, oh my gosh!!! I have a 5 yo this cant happen! Anything I do these past few days that makes my heart beat faster feels weird and scares me!! So wish me luck all...I hope I get this figured out.
But on a good note, I have gone from 196 to 194 this week without exercise, just eating healthy Hopefully I can continue to go down without exercise. I really miss exercising!!

Changersounds like an awesome goal, I have the same plan! Mateogirl you scared me, I can't imagine how you are feeling right now. Hang in there and rest up, ill be thinking about you! Keep us posted on what is going on.
As for me, the scale was kind this morning and showed me a beautiful 192 . . . Hope it stays for tomorrow!
Hi everyone! I have been in onederland for 9 days now, for the first time that I can remember. Definitely not since high school, so probably 8 or 9 years! I'm sitting at 196 today.
Lurkerlet me know what you think about the wii fit. I have a wii but not the wii fit, it looks interesting.
I think it's good for warm-ups, but at times it feels a bit slow. My main problem is that occasionally, when it fails to register a step, it throws off the entire game. This could be a flaw in the technology or just me misusing it, but it seems more the former. Big downer when your string of "perfects" is ruined because an unregistered step ruins the kilter of the routine.
This is just for Wii fit though, I haven't tried any of the other variations like Zumba or the dance ones. I can tell you that some of the Wii sports games, like boxing or bicycling feel more conducive to the exercise mindset - not to mention more fun!
