Ashley- I know how you feel... work 5-6 days a week and have a 4yr old and a 7 mo. old. But I've made it my priority to get into the best shape of my life. I started P90X on the 1st and it is the BEST thing I've ever done.

After some bloating and muscle gain I am finally on the downward spiral...I am down 1.4 to 193 today via my crappy scale...I wont adjust my ticker til that scale says I am below 191...but my ticker is via wii fit

1. 209.6-June 1st Goal 5/28/2012
2. Onederland (July 1st goal) 7/21/2012
3. 197.3- No longer "obese" (BMI) 8/17/2012
4. 195- pre-pregnancy weight- 8/29/2012
5. 185- 60 lbs lost 1/31/13
6. 175-70lbs lost 8/15/2013
7. 168- Weight I started dating my husband at
8. 164- Ultimate Goal! no longer "overweight"(BMI)
9. 148- Weight senior year of high school

194.6 today, so I'm over halfway done with this decade!!

thaisccs and tschaff - keep going! sometimes I get stuck at a certain weight for a few days or a week, and just sticking with my diet/exercise I eventually just start losing again. You can do it!! Race ya to 189??

191.2 this morning!! I'm pretty sure my scale was playing a trick on me, but it's exciting either way!

I'm trying to think of a non-food reward when I get to 190 - I will no longer be "obese" - but I'm having a hard time thinking of anything. I was thinking maybe a pedicure, but I want to do something more exciting. Plus, pedicures are less fun when you can't show 'em off in flip flops! Any ideas? How do y'all reward yourselves for mini goals?

192.5 STILL!!! But I've lost inches...I'm starting to get irritated just a little bit haha but I know eventually it has to go downward

Blcarter84: I have 2 boys also. Mine are 3 years old and 3 months old.

I'm completely new to this group. I mostly lurk. I seem to be stuck at 198-199. Hopefully it'll change soon.

Hey everyone,
I started at 198 and I am down to 190.2. I am hoping that tomorrow at my WI that I will be out of the 190's. I think I had a pretty good week so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Still working on the -15 by Valentine's day Mini Goal. Have a great day!
