Haley, I know what you mean! I always lose the most before my 'weekend' (tuesday/wednesday) and then those days I tend to be less active so my weight usually stalls haha.
This is a great place for accountability and to get positive support!
I'm officially at 153.0 this morning, looks like doing induction properlly is helping lose what I gained during thanksgiving and the day after where I was stuck eating whatever my friends had at their house (which was just chips and chocolate, from 20 carbs to 1000!)
.8 down from the day before isn't bad
I have the Atkins head ache back so I feel like I'm doing something right haha. I haven't tested my pee for ketones though, so maybe I'll do that tonight
