Videos posted by this used usually in parts 10 mins long you do have to start each part after the first has ended but compared to 69.99 for dvds it works

I love ZUMBA too! I've been going every week for a couple months now and it's great. It took me a few classes to learn all the moves, and of course you're going to feel a little silly at first, but it's always a great workout! Yay for Zumba!!!

Okay so I went to my First Zumba class on Wednesday night. I did have a blast!! It was difficult to try and focus on the steps. I too found myself giggling a lot and saying to the girl next to me that the instructor is insane! LOL I will be going back every Wednesday night and possibly Friday nights as well. Not tonight though, I have a date!

Summerheart ~ I love love LOVE your display photo!

I have been wanting to do Zumba classes but I can't find any local for me. My husband and I share a car so I can't always count on being able to get out to the next town over for classes. I was thinking about the DVDs but I saw some poor reviews. I will have to save the link above for some at home workouts though! Thanks Skinnybride!

I just did a few of the Zumba videos from the link above and realized that the instructor of a fitness class I was in a few years back basically used the Zumba live routine on a regular basis and I LOVED her class. It was kind of nice to know the moves going in. I can see how it could be pretty challenging for those who aren't used to shaking their money maker. But even still the key is to be moving which I just did a lot of. Thanks again for the link!

They got rid of the Zumba videos on youtube!!

But I tried it today, and I have ZERO coordination! It definitely brings your heart rate up though, no matter how poorly you're following it hahah!

I noticed the videos were gone too. Most of the other videos seem so grainy or they have horrible sound. I still did a few of them but I liked the other ones from the link better.
