Stella - I'm sorry Come over for fried rice when I get back.

Jenny - HOORAY on 10 minute mile! THAT IS AWESOME. I am still working on that elusive 8:30 but should happen any day now.

In AWESOME NEWS! I ran the San Diego Rock 'n Roll 1/2 Marathon and I finished! My goal was to finish in under 3 hours. Official time was 2:47:20! HOORAY!

Feral I would have also gone without to take care of molly, but its all the worry about the traffic, getting her used to a new area, people kidnapping her xD Yep, we have our summer break from school etc in December/Summer so most people have a long summer break. Its hard to imagine not having a long christmas holiday ^_^ Silly bands sound awesome! I think I have heard of the sex bracelets, probably under some kind of different name here when I was around 12 or something, maybe they didnt have a name, or I wasnt in the right group to know it xD Sometimes i catch myself thinking, man the youth of today are so racey, but then i remember my own teen years and what we talked about etc xD Although I did over hear some boys who couldnt have been more than 14 years old talking about some girl they knew who had an abortion O_o But then Im sure that happened when I was 14 too.

Stella I already sent you hugs right?

I am so sick its not funny. Well its not that bad. But its turned into a chest infection which spells disaster, as every asthmatic knows. I even got my spacer out, my mum would be proud. BUT! On the day I started going downhill I deadlifted 30kg for the first time! And was totally incapacited for the next 5 days xD But still!

And I took some photos of molly so I will upload them soon as I can be assed

Holy Wow!!
So my weekend wasn't the only one's that sucked???
Yesterday morning woke up at 205.4... Not 206, so that's exciting.
However, I didn't drink much water during the day so I power chugged it back
last night, had 2 pieces of pizza, and today woke up at 207.
EFF YOU SCALE!! We are -definitely- on a friends off. Like completely in a fight right now. Sigh.
*crosses fingers* hopefully it's just water retention and when I drink water today like an idiot it'll all go away. *crosses fingers*

Stella - I'm sorry to hear your friends are being poopy Come up to Canada! We're all super nice, hehe - and have wonderfully horrific things like poutine's.

Iconised - Congrats on the free weights!!! Sorry to hear about the health problems Here's lots of healthy thoughts your well

Happy Monday ladies!

Yeah, my weekend sucked. That dinner on saturday left me feeling sick to my stomach yesterday, but by the end of the day I was better. Before I went to work I ran 2 miles in 16 minutes around my neighborhood. It's not until I run around my neighborhood that I realize how well of in shape I am. There's a huge hill that I have to run up, and even though I'm dead by the top of it, I can run faster and easier up it!

Angry Mittens: It's definitely water weight. You had pizza at night, and chugged water. If I eat at night, I always weigh more in the morning. So no worries!
The scale also says 140.2 today So I didn't gain all the weight that I was scared I would gain, and I should be back in the 130's by the end of the week!

I have a day off today, so I'm going to get my hair trimmed (it's been since march, it NEEDS it!) and go to the gym. There's something hanging off of my car too, so I'm going to go visit my dad so he can fix it. And then I'm going to hang with the boy.

NO change in the scale since friday. Still 203 but I will take it. I got measured today by my trainer and I did loose 6 inches in one week and that includes 1 inch in my tummy and another inch in my lower stomach.

I had shakes and muscle weakness last night and I feel icky today. I am sure it is just a head cold - I still workout today. Only an hour and not that hard but I got in there.

I am gonna be super amazing this week with my workouts and food. I even bought another session with my trainer on friday to help me get to 199!!

AND I go on my very first backpacking trip saturday to sunday. It is just a trial over night so I can get use to drinking filtered water - etc. My dad was very understanding about planning meals. Oatmeal for breakfast, fish and clif bar for lunch and fish and something else for dinner. We go food shopping for it on thursday and I figure if I keep the sodium content down I should be okay!

angry It is water weight. Really - I promise!!

Sam Sounds like a good day! Ugh - I need my hair trimmed too. Have a good workout!

icon I don't feel great today either. Blah. I wanna see Molly!!! Upload the pics!

jess OH my gosh! Congrats on the time! That is soo amazing! WTG!

Well after the gym I weighed 139.2, so I'm back down...but I feel so much heavier today. I feel like I look bigger too. I guess I'm just having a "fat day". Last time I was in the 130's, I had an almost flat tummy, and I definitely don't this time. I've been doing a lot of weight training, and I'm seeing it everywhere BUT my stomach. I guess I just need to be patient.

Samantha ~ Being patient is the hardest part of this all!!!!

Taylor ~ You are totally a gym machine!!! Good luck getting to 199. I am so excited for you to get there

Angry ~ I don't like poutine at all, but I want to come to Alberta so freaking bad!!! I was really close to getting there this summer when I meet my friend for part of her trip, but she's going to be there the last two days of my school year and I can't really take those off. Another time definitely!!

Icon ~ Hope you feel better soon!

Jess ~ That's awesome!!! Good for you!

Stella ~ More hugs being sent your way.

I really really need school to be over. Next Friday can't come quick enough. I am so disheartened by everyone at the place and the girl I'm tutoring is going to get screwed over by her history teacher. He didn't give me anything for her to do for almost two months and now he's saying that there's too much to get done in a short period of time. So annoying and it's getting me really worked up. Between that and feeling like no one is listening to me at all, the emotions are running crazy. I had a mini meltdown in the car on the way home from the gym. *sigh* I have so much time already put in to my school so I'm not looking to leave, but I am definitely looking forward to not having to see anyone from there for 2 months straight.

Knowing that next Friday means the end of school and my trip to Canada is getting me through definitely. My friend who I'm meeting up there is cracking up about how Saskatchewan is getting me through a rough time. LOL
