Yay good luck to you too! I didn't drink enough water at all yesterday so I saw the scale go up a little today. 185.4. I'm excited to say goodbye to these 180s because as soon as I do I will no longer be "obese".
WOOHOO! 188 this morning, thank you God! Just gotta keep on being good TI's raining outside today, so I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to get my exercise in. Rain on my day off kind of bites, will have to find something productive to do...

Miss Traveller, a little rain never hurt anyone, unless you are the wicked witch or you are made of sugar. You are wearing a hat in that picture though so who knows... haha... Don a rain coat or an umbrella and go for a walk! (Unless there is lightning of course!) :P
182 today... getting close! i didn't make the 179 goal by the end of may, BUT i still have 2 weeks until i leave on my trip.. and i'm at the lowest i've been in a LONG time (at leat 4 - 5 years) and it's almost my birthday, so i'm excited about that!
@misstraveller when it's raining, i do either pilates dvds or the 30day shred dvd workouts.. they do actually work.. and i do manage to somewhat walk my dog (she's small, she hates water on her fur) but i know what you mean about the rain!
No real weigh in today. My scale was giving me bat**** numbers 180.6 was the most consistent but....I think it may be time to purchase a new one as its survived 5 years and countless weird positions due to moves. So....I'm not changing the ticker until next week after I purchase a new scale.
Ugh, this weekend was ****! I'm up a little but I think it's mostly due to being full of awesome cookout foods and soda. Time to hit the gym double time and get out of the 180s for good!
187 today! Just 2 pounds to go before I get out of "obesity" range, and I'm looking forward to it.
I put on some clothes today that I haven't worn since last summer, and they are super baggy. My raincoat is now huge on me. Horrray... well, I'm not buying anything new until I get closer to goal weight. I'll suffer with a huge raincoat this summer.
183.2 this morning. I'm SOOOO ready to say goodbye to the 180s. They haunted me all through high school, and leaving 180 behind means being smaller than I ever was as a teenager. I can't really wrap my mind around that.
I gladly weighed myself today and saw 184.8 on the scale. I almost did a double take because its been lingering at 185 or above for a week! I am super excited and can't wait to see 179!
