i don't want to lose my boobies
i'm committed, and i've gotten to the point where i am getting closer and closer to goal.
as of today, my measurements are bust- 39, under bust- 34.5, waist-33, hips- 39 and i am wearing a c cup.
I realized that while i LOVE the idea of having a flat stomach and actual visible ab muscles, i am not so excited about the prospect of losing my boobs!
my fiancee works 120 miles away and so when we see eachother on the weekend, he "checks" to see if they are still there... haha
anyone else have the same fear?

It's not a major fear for me, but it is a concern. After losing 38 lbs, I'm on the smallest hook/loop on my bras, and haven't noticed cup size shrink. *crossing fingers!* I still have a long way to go, so who knows what size I'll end up.

ive read on hear some women actually got bigger boobies now.
theres some sort of work out you can do to make them perkier and possibly bigger i wasnt sure. i havent noticed much change on myself though, yet.
but you put your arms out bend at the elbows and push your hands together like a slightly modified "namaste" pose. and just squeeze like youre squeezing all the air out.
my friend tyler always told me to do it. i think he just wanted my boobs to be bigger.
but now, so do i!

Oh honey I've asked the girls this over in the weekly chat...
My mom said I would never get rid of my a$$, hips or boobs, but I have def noticed my inches going down. I like my boobs and while I don't want to lose them, I figure if me being smaller is the price to pay then so be it... I can always get them done! LOL

I've been well-endowed since the seventh grade, and I am not going to miss the girls that much. Yes, it is really weird to be shopping for a D cup after not having worn one since I was 13 (sad, I know). I think I'll be ok with a C or a B. Besides, the rest of me will be smaller, so they should be too. I don't think I'd want my old Fs with on a 120lb body. That would look so weird.
And I agree with stellarosa, I'll take my health over my boobs any day.

this is how I feel.
I have rather large boobs now, and I find them so annoying. I can wear certain clothes because of my huge boobs, they would just come off looking trashy.
I went bra shopping at target this weekand and had to return three bra and they dont carry my size.

Well, even when I lost a lot of weight in my first two years of college, and was down to 115 lbs, I was still an C-D cup, depending on the bra. The women in my family have no trouble in that department. I still have a lot to lose, but I'm currently an H cup, and I would be thrilled to be a bit less top heavy. After three pregnancies, though, I don't think the girls will ever look like they used to . They might end up the right size, but I don't think the shape will be helped by anything but plastic surgery

Yeah, bra shopping is very frustrating. I can't just go buy a cheap bra on sale at Walmart or Target. I have to go to a specialty lingerie shops and shell out big bucks for them. I bought two awesome bras in Februaury for over $100, and now they're not fitting right because I've lost 30 lbs since then.

My boobs got a lot smaller, but I LOVE them! I can wear anything now! They were not pretty at first, but time has been good to me

As others have said, I hope mine shrink! I'd be happy with a nice B cup... That being said, last time I lost 30 lb they didn't budge. So we'll see what happens. I want to be able to find cute bras, not my current heavy-duty industrial strength knocker hammocks..........

Maybe they won't get too much smaller. My breasts have pretty much stayed the same regardless of my weight. When I was about 20 and maybe 135 pounds, they were 36DD. At my highest weight (198) I still wore a 36DD. I think it's more about your body shape.

I think it may simply be that some people have naturally large breasts, while others don't. If you gained the bulk of your weight after puberty then I think it's safe to expect the size you were then. I gained most of my weight at 21 (I'm 23 now) so I know what size I was before and expect that. If that makes sense?

I've noticed mine aren't quite as full as they used to be. I'm not overly concerned... it would suck if they shrunk completely but what can ya do. That's what "ultimate cleavage" bras are for.
