Roxmysox - that's exactly how I am! I'm a size 10-12 between the 150-160 range, but I have a big butt/hips, defined waist and a big chest. I was afraid I'd lose all that, but when I previously went down to the low 140's, I still had my curves in good proportion. I felt like my butt and chest got too small but its all relative b/c when I saw myself in a picture, i realized that I still kept proportionally.I went from a very tight 38 DD to a solid 36D. I noticed that the 36D's are different then 38D's as well.. Anyway, even though I was a D, my boobs were a lot perkier and that was something to be thankful about.
Also, my posture improved which was a big help.
So I mean honestly in the overall result, it isn't too bad. But I have heard numerous times about massage techniques that help and someone mentioned this earlier about the "putting the hands together in a namaste position" and then pushing. I heard this many years ago from my mom who heard it from a group of women. Don't know if it works, but it definitely does something.
