I eat so much more food when I'm dieting!
Man, seems like I have to eat soooo much food to get to my 1200 calories for a day.
My run down of planned meals today:
Breakfast- Banana, Peanut Butter on whole wheat bread, and benefiber.
Snack - 100 Calorie cookie pack and celery
Lunch - Protein Shake and carrots
Snack - Sugar Free York Peppermint Patties
Dinner - Turkey Burger, some pickles, and whole grain chips & salsa
All comes out to 1200 calories exactlty, perfect amount of protein and fat for my goals...but sooo much food! Before I was dieting I'd eat like a bagel in the morning, some chips at lunch and then some dinner.
