The book also comes with tons of reciepes so you can just follow those or make your own based on the restrictions. It's actually great reciepes and you don't feel like you are on a diet. Also the intuitive dieting works really good according to this forum. Saw some good posting. I am sure there are others out there too but haven't really heard anything about them.
