Almost back down to my weight on Friday morning after that 3.4 lbs gain! Had to have been water wieght! Now...gearing up for TOM gain...YAY! I must stay positive!

This morning I got up and weighed myself and I was 228.0 even, haven't even seen 227 on the scale. I was getting real discouraged I even called my mom crying, lame! I know. So I had to run to grocery store and I didn't have time to eat breakfast so I thought I would go get my grocery shopping done then come back and eat. By the time I got back I was hungry, but I went and weighed myself and to my suprise it said 227.4 I was like WHATTTTT!
My trainer is always telling me to go for a walk or workout before I eat breakfast and it will help, I guess he was right. Maybe tomorrow when I wake up I will be 227! I hope!

your body was probably going into starvation mode?
i used to workout in the morning on an empty stomach, because some people told me it was the best way to burn the fat you already have. WRONG!! your body just starts starving itself ... so i started going to the gym and eating a fruit or a small yogurt before, and to my surprise it works a lot better to lose weight that way than not eating.
