I'm a little worried bc mid week will always show a great weight loss then I get excited and eat more and end up losing a lot less than expected. i need to stop doing that!

Totally confused!!! 3.4 lb gain in one day??? But I didn't go off plan!! I really hope it's water weight. Will eating salty foods do that...because I did have more salt than usual yesterday. I don't know...we'll see tomorrow.

i was offline for a couple days to 'splurge' and get my body back on track because it wasn't losing (another member said I may be putting my body in starvation mode with such low cals) so I had to splurge and have more.. but not over the top (I stayed just above my cal limits!) and now after a full day back on track, i'm a pound down again!

Feb 16: 197.5
Feb 17: 196
Feb 18: 197 (was having some 'bloating' problems)
Feb 19: 195
Feb 20: 196
Feb 21: 196 / 196.5 (feb 20 & 21st i really lacked on water.. but i did get a lot of walking done!)
Feb 22: 196 --> SERIOUSLY?! why can't i lose anymore?
Feb 23: (didn't weigh)
Feb 24: (didn't weigh)
Feb 25: 198 -- weighed myself in the middle of the day (bad timing)
Feb 26: 196.5
