Hello girls ..... I am going to take a break from daily Wi .... 1 or 2 weeks .

I am doing more exercise , I going star a couch to 5k , and lifting weights, so I do not want to be discourage for they little gains .

I will be back.

That's only a pound and 2 tenths. That's nothing! You'll lose that in a snap considering it's more likely than not just water. Maybe you can cut it down to two or three times a week rather than daily WIs?
