Thanks to you all for your support but I'm going to take a couple of weeks off of daily weighing in! I find that because I'm losing weight with only cutting calories that I don't want to exercise at all. I don't want to end up "skinny fat" so I know I need to start back up with the walking/weigh lifting. So hopefully without the daily weigh in's I will keep my mind guessing and will want to work out to make sure the pounds go down.
