wfonseca3017 - did you do Burn Circuit 1? How did you like it?

I just got done sweating to a few Turbo Jam videos! My stomach is starting to look thin like in high school - it makes me want to workout 24 hours a day haha!

Ho yes I did , thanks for asking.
Well I just have 8 and 10 pounds weights ,so i realy need to buy heavier ones.
Just one of the exercis the weights were to heavy.
I will keep going and then i going to buy 15 or 20s , i can afort to buy both righ now, so let see, what happend.

Down to 137.4 today! 17.4 more pounds to go! Bleh! This is going to be a lonnnnnnggg journey lol I am praying to be at my goal by September 20th. But Im afraid that will be hard with the drinking I do on the weekends. I hope the eating healthy and exercise makes up for it!

so i've been fluctuating this week between 128.5 and 131.2... the low point was when i didn't exercise for a few days and the high point was today when i was fully hydrated and clothed.

i think i'm going to actually meet my birthday goal of getting below 130

i've plateaued for the past few months, but when i got sloppy on my diet, i started losing more! not sure if it was the stress or the m&m's... lol

My 'mean' scale weighed me at 139.2 this morning - woohoo! My 'nice' scale had me at 139/138 for a few weeks now, but ol' meanie wouldn't budge under 140, so I refused to join this thread until it did.

just woke up and the scale said 140.2, so it should go down once I go to the gym.

I've been having a horrible sweet tooth for a good week now, and I can't kick it!
Plus I went out twice this week...ugh. No more!

Don't worry Samantha, the scale will go back down. I haven't weighed myself in a few days as I haven't been so good food-wise...really would love to be solidly 137/8 before I go on holiday next week. Still not sure I'll be brave enough for a bikini, tho!

Weighed on my 'evil' scale yesterday and I'm at 138.2 - woohoo! Granted it was after 2 hours of circuit training...BUT also after I had eaten dinner and drank at least half a gallon of water, so hopefully the number was somewhat accurate. I'll weigh again in a day or two after my muscles stop hurting. Really wanna be a solid 137 before I go on holiday next week
