My weight really isn't going in the right way! I went out to a party last night and ate and drunk way too much and this morning I was back up into the 140's! It was only by 0.25 lb though so I'm hoping it was just me still being bloated from how much I ate, I'm sure I'll be back in the 130's by tomorrow morning. On the plus side I think seeing the number jump up renewed my motivation, not only did I stick to plan completely today but I also managed a 10 mile walk, if I can keep this up the weight will start dropping off!
