QTest - Definitely the wrong time for us lol, but who knows - maybe there will be something in the future because the chemistry is definitely there. And we both have a strong friends-for-life vibe about our friendship, especially since we've become so close over the past few months. I definitely won't be doing friends with benefits again, it's not really my thing. I can handle it emotionally because I'm pretty good at compartmentalizing, but he needs to work through his own problems before he can be with me, if that's what he wants. Good luck with your boy situation!

mary - go you!!!! kick the gym's butt for me, will ya? i'm glad to see you back in the swing of things, and you're right, you are hot!! i call valentines day singles awareness day, lol.

i wanted to go to the gym today, but i decided to build my bookself instead. i think i got a more intense workout then i would have if i went to the gym, LOL!! good stuff. but its done, and it looks amazing!! I put picture frames and candles on top (its one of those 2 shelf high types), i LOVE it maybe i'll post a picture later... my room is coming together very nicely.

so tomorrow there's a big cold front coming to socal... its supposed to snow tomorrow night down to 2000 feet!!! If that actually happens, i'll be taking an afternoon road trip on wed or thurs to our local mountains to play!!

diet wise, i did well today. definitely hitting the gym tomorrow, rain or shine

i usually go to big bear. they have more snow right now than they've seen in 20 years!! craziness.

Jess Jazz_ If it snows that far down that will be crazy! I live in Phoenix and when it snows here at 4000ft we think that is low! A month ago we could see snow on the far away mountains (well tall hills) and it was super exciting! IT was 60 today and you should have heard my 6yr olds complaining about the cold!! No lie, it was cold, cloudy and breezy!

Haha, I like how local turned into Big Bear. So far. I heard it's been pretty nice in Mammoth too.

well, playing in local mtns isnt big bear... thats just playing in the few inches julian will probably get. big bear is a 3 hour drive lol. but they have 5 feet!!!!

Morning Ladies!!!

It's too busy this morning for personals, but

ICON, HALEY & JESS -- I wanna go to NZ too!!!! Some place warm and tropical with a kick a$$ BEACH!!! Can I go?

I have decided I'm not weighing in again until Sunday. The scale didn't move for 5 days and then this morning it was up 2 lbs. which I know I didn't magically gain yesterday. Maybe since my stomach was NOT happy with me last night it's some kind of water retention?? Anyone have any ideas?

Team 2.5 -- I think we're all just having a bad week. So back on track for next week's weigh in!!!!

I have 2 tests this week I feel completely unprepared for, BUT... I refuse to get overwhelmed and let this be a bad day.

TODAY WILL BE A GOOD DAY!!!! Dang it!!! <3 FOR EVERYONE!!!!

And to our newer friends -- of course we don't mind you guys posting in here!!!! Personally (correct me if I'm wrong here) I love the girls in this thread and if it weren't for them... I wouldn't have stuck it out this long this go round. I really do feel like I could consider them friends... it's an awesome support group. Please don't feel like we're excluding any of you. There's a group of us that have consistantly been posting in here because everyone else has come and gone.

PS - Remember my friends that came into town the other weekend? Jenn finally got around to posting pics up. UGH. Was totally hating on myself last night. Grrrr. But, I did NOT allow myself to untag some of the pictures no matter how much I hated them. You know why? Cause it is what it is and that's who I am.... and I hope that in 4 months from now I can look back and say... DANG! I've really made progress!!!

It does seem like we are all nerds... but thats not a bad thing

Ali- I'm getting sick too... I slept horrible last night and I was supposed to get up at 6 to hit the gym...it didnt happen... and I have a horrible sore throat and stuffy nose...

I WILL make it to the gym tonight even if its snowing... I cannot mess up my schedule... and tomorrow I will just have to figure something out at home... I need to get in the mentality that the gym isnt the only place I can exercise

Feral- I talk to you guys more than I talk to anyone else... I consider you guys friends...

We like new people who stay...very few people seem to come in and stick around...and some people dont have the time to keep up with us...were a chatty bunch but it is seriously the best support I've found around here

Air- Show your kids some pictures of my massive amounts of snow...they dont know what cold is

Jazz Jess/feral/Icon- we can totally go to visit Icon in NZ and she said she would feed us... how can we beat a deal like that... and it would probably be the most amazing place for us to have a meet up haha... all go to another country
