Anything else you would like to share with us: I've tried EVERYTHING, and spent SO MUCH MONEY on weight watchers, nutrisystem, bull**** six week body makeover, etcetcetc, I NEED to do this, all of that money can't be spent in vain. That's about it <3

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I've figured out what works for my body FINALLY and I'm realizing that losing weight doesn't have to be painful!
Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm just happy to have found this board when I did. I can't imagine where I'd be now if I didn't have the support to finally buckle down and shed this weight.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weight loss: SO many! Mostly my lack of patience and willpower, laziness, "eating my feelings," binging, and alcohol (and the terrible choices that follow it.)
Following any specific plan: I started Weight Watchers last week and I'll be continuing on my quest to become a runner (instead of my current jogging and huffing and puffing away 1-2 miles.)
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I finally feel like I know myself and I know my triggers. I am so unhappy with my current body size and I feel like I am depriving myself of a healthier life. I'm not comfortable being "me" anymore, and I can't live like that!
Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm starting the BL challenge so I'm hoping that community will help jump start my weight loss!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I've started this up again because I'm attempting to join the army. Right now running and eating properly are my biggest hurdles.
Following any specific plan: Run at least 5 times a week in the morning. 45 mins of total cardio at least 6 days a week. Eating between 1400-1600 calories a day.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: My career is depending on it this time. I need to lose around 10 more pounds to be at an acceptable weight for the army and my pt tests scores need to be pretty stellar!
Anything else you would like to share with us: I've worked at at fitness center on base while I was in college, and returned after I graduated. You'd think I'd be a fitness queen but I was never serious about it until now. Luckily I'm taking advantage of it now.
