I would like to join. But I do not have a scale at my house...and going to the gym everyday has never been a habit of mine O_o I plan on going to get a scale this week though. So count me in once I get that scale :P
Cupcakesundae- Wow! 4 pounds in 4 days. Let me in on your secret Congrats. Keep up the awesome work!
Haha, thanks. No secret. I just started. I went from a desk job in a call center and eating fast food twice a day to being at home cleaning my house all day and exercising daily, and staying around 1500 calories of healthy stuff.
Guys, this is a HORRIBLE idea!! Like, BEYOND HORRIBLE!!! When i get super obsessed with dieting i've done this before and it's a bad, bad idea. Your weight will be going up and down and you'll get super upset if the scale says that you gained. (which it eventually will, due to many numerous factors...) I would HIGHLY reconsider this plan.
^^^ I think its a good idea for people who can handle it. I know that I gain weight when I dont weigh myself daily. If I see a change in number like going up then I workout a little more or eat a little less. I stopped weighing myself when I moved into my condo about a year 1/2 ago and the weight started to pour on. Some people are more motivated by the number on the scale whether or not we should focus on that number. I am a daily weigher in order to lose weight I will continue to be a daily weigher. Ill will post my weighins when I get home from work in the AM....I want to join. I also will only change my ticker once a week and thats my offical weigh in day (Wednesday).
