Yay, three pounds lost. I'm now at 155.8. I can't wait to get to the 140's - I haven't been there in sooo long.

Kurri--I have the same issue with some colors clashing with my skin tone. That's why I'm happy she is putting me in blue...I would look horrendous in tangerine!!

Rainswept--Don't get discouraged!! I lost 25lbs steadily and fairly quick, but then I got stuck at 159lbs for over a month. I finally broke that this week. Just stick to it...it will come off eventually! Also, even though my weight was stuck, I was still losing inches.

Beauty--Congrats on the loss!!

Update on myself--I finnnnally lost this week! I saw 157.4 two days in a row, so it should be for real! I'm so happy I'm not teetering so close to the 160s anymore!!

That 159 was being a pain in the neck to you and I'm glad you kicked it's booty!

rainswept: I have been stuck twice. First in the low 160s and now at 155. Before that I had been losing every week. I tried everything the first time around and nothing worked and then I tried yo-yo ing my calorie intake and that is what did it. I generally stay at around 1300-1400 so that week I ate only 1000 calories on one day, then a few days around 1800-2000 calories and then two more days of 1000 calories. On the 1000 calorie days, I drank alot of water and the only exercise I did was the 1.6 miles I walk to and from work everyday.

AAAAHHH! I was convinced I had gained like 5 pounds this week just from moving back to school and being WAYYYY off plan. I just weighed myself on a ridiculously full stomach and I'm actually 0.8 pounds LIGHTER than I was on an empty stomach a week ago! So so so excited! I know it's not a huge victory but I am bouncing off the walls. Haha.

Kurri--THANKS!! That was so frustrating to be stuck at 159...it was my half-way mark, so it was exciting when I got there...but not so exciting that I wanted to STAY there!! haha! Hopefully I can get some steady losses again for a little while....right now I feel like I'm going to be in the 150s fooorreeevvver!!!

Well, I'm new to this thread, and I plan on staying for awhile. I weighed in at 159.2 this morning, and hopefully will not have to revisit the 160's thread.

I might make myself comfy in this thread for awhile, because I'm going to be slowing down my weight loss a bit as I get closer to goal. Ease into maintanence. I'm hoping to hover between 145-150 and see where my body settles.

Wow...this morning I weighed in at 155.0!! I'm going to weigh again tomorrow morning for my "official" weight tho because I had a few glasses of wine with my hubby last night...so I might be a tad bit dehydrated. But even still, I'm hoping I'll be close to 155. I've been 100% on point with my eating all week (even including the wine!) and I've worked out EVERY DAY so far!

Amber, we are now the same weight so-- IT'S ON!!!! Race ya to the 140s? After your last two weeks, you'll be there a month before me. I don't have any excuses anymore and that damn wedding is creeping up on me. Oh, and congrats!

So my "offical" weight for the week is gonna be 155.6--I knew 155.0 was too good to be true!! But I'm close! And I'm so glad I have lost a decent amount 2 weeks in a row now--I needed it after sitting at 159 for so long!

Hey Everyone! I'm new to the boards here and will probably find this thread my home for a while. I'm currently 154.7. I've gone between 150 and 165 for about 2 years, never got below the 150 mark though. I'm determined this year though, I don't want to spend a 3rd summer afraid to go out and enjoy the california sun! I'm really good on diet, but am at a stand still with my exercise until my back gets better

During the holidays I maintained around 159-160.5 so I didn't post in this thread because I wanted to make sure I was really in the 150s lol!

I weighed in this afternoon at 154 lbs so I'm hoping to be out of this decade within 2 weeks!
