I didn't gain a pound and I didn't lose a pound. Another week at pretty much the exact same weight 155. I'm starting to feel like I'm in the 160s again!!
I should probably feel bad about not losing again but I actually feel pretty good about myself. I have been really horrible about exercising and drinking my water since the beginning of December but this week I'm so focused on it. I just want to lose these last 20 pounds and be able to maintain for...well, forever.
Today I went to Walmart with my sisters, our friend and her son (who we babysit for). When I was taking him out of the cart I realized he weighs the exact amount of weight that I lost-- 37 pounds. I held him for all of two minutes and then I was huffing and puffing and it put a smile on my face knowing my body was no longer used to carrying around those extra pounds. I remember the days that a flight of stairs would knock the breath out of me and today (sore muscles and all) I walked up and down the stairs 4 times (I kept forgetting what I was doing!) and didn't lose my breath once!
