on friday i was still on 148.3, which i'm happy with since i ate really badly and went to the gym once >.< Next week im fully back on track! I also didnt have thanksgiving here, so no excuses really i guess

Hi gals! Down to 145.8 this morning...2 lbs in 3 weeks! But I've eating 1500 cal a day and I only work out about 3-4times a week so I think that's pretty good.

I will love to be 139.9 by the end of the year, but is to much for my.
I am hopping for 143 .Who knows I will work hard to see .

Officially weighed in today at 149.6 lbs...I'm so excited, lost 2 lbs in the past week (may be water weight or whatever, but hey, I'll take it!!!)


I want to be out of the 140s by early february..... we can do it ladies!

Hello ladies!

Hope it's okay if I join in. I haven't posted here in forever (and I just had to add 13 pounds to my ticker ) I swore I would never be in the 140's again but here I am at 148. I have been falling into old habits lately and I need to snap out of it.
My short term goal is no chocolate til Saturday.

Hopefully I will stay involved in this thread - I need some accountability! We can do this girls!

It's my TMI, but I'm pretty sure I'm around 148. I'm on a mission to get to 140 by the time I go back to school.... Going to the gym right after this and I've been junk-food binge free since Sunday! It's so much easier to feel good when I don't eat large amounts. It will be so exciting to break my weight-loss threshold (144) and buy some more skinny jeans!

Hey ladies just checking in. Everyone is doing great by keeping the weight off during the holiday. I was surprised I didnt gain anything THis morning I was able to see 143.6 but Im not going to get to excited. I want three consistent days before I move anything. My clothes are fitting so much better and I feel great. I see 130's coming around the mid of Jan. I cant wait My workouts have been great too. I burned a lot of calories today running 6.14miles then doing the Burn Intervals with Chalene Extreme. Im trying to eat back the calories but its so hard taking in all that food.
My mini goal was to be 143 by the time I go to NY city which is next wk....keeping my fingers crossed

Hi girls! You all sound like you're doing awesome!!! I'm down to 144.8 this morning!! It's the first time I've been under 145 in about a year. I'm still tending to snack/binge at night though..so I gotta work on that.

Going out for dinner tonight AND drinks tomorrow so hopefully I don't gain this weekend. Going to go run and lift weights this afternoon though.

ahh I ate badly today!
Breakfast: toast w peanut butter and fruit
snack: skinny latte
dinner: sangria, nachos and chocolate!
I did do an hour of cardio and weights though. At least I didn't binge..back on track tomorrow.

Hi everyone,

I'm gonna jump in here too I have also been hanging out in the 140s for the better part of the year now... I've been hovering around 141-144, but this morning I was up to 146 (TOM and a salty dinner last night). At any rate, I'm hoping to get outta here along with the rest of you ladies!!
