THis morning I was able to see 143.6 but Im not going to get to excited. I want three consistent days before I move anything. My clothes are fitting so much better and I feel great. I see 130's coming around the mid of Jan. I cant wait
My workouts have been great too. I burned a lot of calories today running 6.14miles then doing the Burn Intervals with Chalene Extreme. Im trying to eat back the calories but its so hard taking in all that food.
My mini goal was to be 143 by the time I go to NY city which is next wk....keeping my fingers crossed
