Hello Ladies, i am a newbie... intro, name is Valerie, i am 29. I have 3 little girls and we are planning on trying once more for a boy BUT my last pregnancy, i was borderline for Gestational Diabetes, and i told myself i had to lose at least 10 lbs before trying, the time is here, we will be trying mid July.. so i am trying so hard, i am on Day 8 of the 30 day shred, i started at 201, today my weigh in was 198.5... I am also doing the wii fit... i am hoping to add more as i go along...
