Well today it was finally 189.6....I'm SO EXCITED!!!

I won't count it until my official weigh in on sunday....but still OMGOMGOMG!!!

YAYYYYY GIRLS!!!!!! I'm gonna be right behind you! Travelling has NOT been my friend because with that comes really horrible food choices. So... I'm OP this weekend except for ONE meal. Next week when I get back I'm doing a 5 day cleanse. Hopefully that should put me right out of the 190s (I'm still sitting at 192.5) and into the 180s.

alright, so i weighed in today (not official weigh-in) at 189!! I hit my spring challenge finally a mini-goal fully completed! i won't start posting at the 180's board for a couple days, to make sure I maintain being in the 180s

I have been slacking! I've been bouncing between 196 and 198. Tomorrow will be 1 year since I started Weight Watchers. I'm hoping that will be enough of a motivation to get back on the wagon.

THE STANKING 190'S DOESN'T WANNA LET ME GO!!


arghhh. weighed in on official weigh-in today, and i'm 190! at least it's not 191 which it was for about 2 days! but i DID drink over 4L of water, had 40% of fruits and veggies as my food yesterday, did pilates AND took my dog for a walk AND worked (standing for 6hours straight)! i'm getting soooo annoyed, but I AM NOT GIVING UP!! the scale ALMOST said 189, so today I will try all these tricks again, and HOPEFULLY I will see myself at 188 tomorrow!! (even 189 will be fine )

hey guys! I want to get out of the 190s! I'm at 198 and JUST started calorie counting and exercising 3 days a week. Hoping this helps me lose some lbs and get me out of the 190s!

HA Missy I feel you girl -- between TOM and a few not so great meals in ATL I'm back up to 194.5 this week. However, I just joined the gym again and SBD + Calorie counting begins tomorrow! WHEEEEE.... SCREW YOU 190s!

Hey girls, can I join? I'm at 192 and hoping to be out of 190s by my weigh-in on Monday! I'm about to head off for a walk now. I've been counting calories but haven't really implemented any kind of work out plan yet. I'm going to nail down the diet a little better and then start on working out so I don't get overwhelmed and give up like I've done before.

So my body is whacky -- I was 194.5 on Tuesday (see above post) and this morning I'm 190.5. If this is accurate I'll be in the 180s thread by next week! *crosses fingers*
