- Exercise at least 4 days per week
- Build up running endurance to 3 miles at 6 mph

Nov 1: No exercise; recovered from long weekend
Nov 2: Cardio & Yoga classes at gym
Nov 3: Lost willpower to go to my kickboxing class :-(
Nov 4: No gym; work at night on Wednesdays
Nov 5: Ran a 10-minute mile, abs class, spinning class
Nov 6: Spin at 6 AM! I cannot BELIEVE I woke up early enough to do this.
Nov 7: 1h spinning, 1h yoga
Weight: 164.8 (-1.6) as of 11/6!
Miles ran: just 1 this week...

Hi,
Jumping in a little late, and probably during the worst week ever to lose weight but I'm going to do this... I want to work out at least 5 times over the next 7 days, consume between 1500 and 1200 calories per day and try to continue this over into December. I am going back home for Christmas and really don't want to see everyone with the 40lbs I packed on over the past two years...
