Default CHALLENGE: Make one change/week

I want to start making a change per week and adding to it each week. Can be related to eating, exercise, or other facets of life too.

This week I am cutting out soda, all kinds. Wish me luck!

Who'd like to join in?!! Pick your own thing to cut out this week (and forever!)
Breastfeeding, baby wearing, hubby snugglin', healthy eating, hard working, motherhood loving 20-something!

Losing the baby weight! 211 was my weight at the end of my pregnancy, I started my pregnancy at 183. Let's see that FIRST goal!!

I am going to stop having sugar in my coffee! This might be kind of hard but also useful since i love coffee so it could add up :-)
