It would be a miracle if I left the 150s this month but.. I guess I'm aiming for that miracle!

Ditto. I've been bouncing around from 153.2 to 159.4 since February. I'm trying a new diet this week, so maybe that will help. This is what my menu will look like.
Breakfast - 1c Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with 1c 2% milk - 310 calories
Lunch - lean protein (grilled chicken breast or pork loin), 1c brown rice, & 2 servings of steamed veggies - approx 500-550
Snack - <200 calories "real" food (no processed stuff)
Dinner - same as lunch
I'm going to try to keep my sodium a low as possible, so I'm giving up diet sodas for a couple of weeks also. It is going to be tough, but if it gets me through the 150s for good it will be totally worth it.

Well, I worked out 105 minutes yesterday!
I walked to and from work (30 each way), did 15 min of exercise video before work and 30 minutes after. The scale granted me a 1.1 lb weight loss. I'm at 153.8 today... about 4 lbs to go until I am under 150. Ughhhhh... I just want to be there NOW!

Hi again all...how's everyone doing? I did OK today, ate a few things I shouldn't have. Haven't weighed myself since the last time I posted. Plan to do so tomorrow. TOM started today, so maybe by some miracle I'll weigh less. Only 4 lbs to go until 149! Walked 2 miles today. Should be sunny tomorrow so maybe I'll walk 3!

Ugh, the last 36hrs have been rough. I had a fancy family event yesterday with an open bar, hors d'ouevre plates, and a 3 course meal. I had some leftover baked beans for breakfast and then some baba gannouj and tabuleh with some tortilla for lunch, so I was doing ok, but man, I just tried to log all the finger food I ate into fitday and it wasn't pretty. If I got everything into fitday correctly, which is unlikely, I came in under 2,000 calories, and I did manage to get in about 2mi of walking over rough terrain, so hopefully it at least won't cause me to gain, but I'm already starting today off poorly bc I ate breakfast at the hotel before driving the 2hrs back to work. I basically have 400 calories left for dinner (no snacks) and absolutely no fat. Doable, but it won't be pretty esp. since I'm also supposed to run for 50mins today if I stick to my training plan.
Gah I think I ate out every single day this week. If I maintain at 156 when I weigh in on Monday, I will be a happy camper!

Things are looking good this week. I've gone from 156.2 on Monday to 154.6 last night.

Hi people! I'm new to the 150s, clocked in at 159.7 this morning.
My immediate goal is to get to 154.5, which will mean I'm no longer overweight according to BMI. I don't really buy into BMI, but it seems like a reasonable benchmark.
Let's hope we all get out of the 150s in the next couple months!

Forestroad: No stress honey, I'm sure the scale will be kind. Just do your damnedest to be really OP to make up for the family event! I've got a rehearsal dinner tomorrow, and a wedding on Saturday, and... ehhh. I'm just praying that I can stay good.
Joyra: Good job!!! I need to follow your example and start rocking some decent exercise!
Amity: I always drop significantly in weight at the end of my TOM, so I wish you luck!!!
Ruby: I'm the same. I don't really buy into BMI, but... it seems fairly accurate in my case, so I'm aiming for 144.8 when I'll no longer be "overweight." Welcome!
Me: I'm down to 152.6 today from 153.4. *happy dance* I know it's not even a POUND, I just love seeing the 152 on that scale!

Everyone is doing so great! Keep up the good work, ladies!
I'm currently at 153.6. It's a miracle that I managed to lose .8 lb this week because TOM is almost here (any day now), and I have been eating too much and not exercising. I guess somehow it all balanced out. Anyway... this week was slow, but my goal is to see 149-point-something on that scale in 2 weeks!

I was 153.4 this morning, but I'm not too fussed.
Yesterday was a bad day, it was a wedding, and because every time one of my aunt's kids were born, her family friend brought her a DQ Peanut buster parfait... that family friend paid for the entire wedding to get a peanut buster parfait because she'd missed getting my aunt one for when the bride was born. I couldn't help but eat it. It was really good.
BUT, I said no to cake, and I didn't drink that much. AND, last night when I got home I walked past a container of cookies on the counter and didn't have any. So I may be up a little today, but I'm back OP like you wouldn't believe, and I know the scale will be heading the other direction tomorrow!
AND, despite my icky day of not eating overly healthy, or keeping my calories as low as I usually do... I've seen tons of pics of myself now, and I don't even feel like I look huge in them!!!! My double-chin is barely there! Much motivation to keep being as good as I have been being!
