I'm about ready to make it out of the 150's.......... I stepped on the scale tonight and was about 151... so ALMOST there. My brother is in town and the family is planning on getting pizza for dinner (and I don't want to deprive myself of it) so I'm going to strategize accordingly...... I'm thinking with persistence I should be able to achieve 149 over the next week!

Hopefully it will take. I'm eating extra right today to make sure it does. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

^^Inspirational!! I want to join you!!! Weighing in on Monday (I'm tempted to slip on weekends but weighing on Monday motivates me not to!)

Congrats on all your hard work everyone! It's really inspirational. I'm just coming back to 3FC after a long, stress-eating-filled year at school. This weekend I'm going to try to do some exercise each day, then start weighing myself first thing Monday morning. Hopefully I'll be able to report some encouraging results of my own in a few more weeks.

Wow! Congrats to those of you who made it! I'm so close... just 5 more pounds. I should be there in at least 2 or 3 weeks. And oh will that be a glorious day!

**** yeah, you're with us!

I'm 153.0 this morning! Chances are it's a fluke... or maybe it's not, it IS the end of my TOM, and I always drop a crazy number at the end as the water bloat melts off.... guess we'll see tomorrow if I stay as low as 153!

Hey Skinny, I haven't weighed yet today (do it this afternoon at the gym) but I feel like I'm going to be about where you are. Last week I got down to 154, but I think that was a good percentage water weight, and this week is TOM (sort of...that's a whole other post in and of itself), plus I didn't get in my long run yesterday that I was supposed to do also for a half-marathon in October. I need to get my a** moving too! Tomorrow is my next training day; I'm not going to let a missed run derail me; I will pick up where I left off on my next long run day, which is Sunday. Woohoo!

On the good news side of things, I ran 4.25 miles Saturday morning when I thought I only ran 4 (I was in lane 5) and averaged 10:48min/mi when I've never run under 11

Ok so today I weighed myself on the gym scale at 156. That sounds about right, and is the best I could have hoped for after the weekend I had. I think I have a bit of a stall coming my way, since I shed 4-5lbs pretty quickly last week, but that's ok bc I'm really trying to focus on the long term this time around. Plus, my goal was 155 by July 4th, and it looks like that's gonna happen, and I wasn't thinking of hitting 149 till Labor Day. So I'll just keep trucking here

Also, it's sort of TOM. What I mean by that, is I'm on seasonique (the bc where you only get your period 4x/yr), and have been for 7 months, and I'm still spotting! It happens for almost the entire middle month. I'm really not sure what that's doing to my weight loss, but I feel TOM-y. So maybe I'm retaining water, but maybe in the long run it's good, bc I hear that your bmr actually increases during TOM. It's still really friggin annoying tho. Ok, done ranting. Good luck meeting your goals everyone!

Ugh, I thought I would be out of the 150s in no time... I've been here since December! In fact, I haven't lost a NEW lb since March. That said... I have got my exercise kick back and am actually THANKFUL for hot weather because it makes me want to eat just fruit and nothing else (er... though I still get all my calories in, don't worry!).

It would be a miracle if I left the 150s this month but.. I guess I'm aiming for that miracle!

Stepped on the scale this morning and there it was 151.8lb. I haven't been this small in years so it was a moment for me.

It's my friend's birthday today and we are going out for drinks later. Am not sure what I'm gonna eat but it will definitely include lean meat and veggies.

It will probably take me another 2-3weeks to get to the 140s but I am definitely happy with my progress. The weight is definitely going down, i just have to work hard and be patient.

Work hard ladies, some of us have 8lb to go, some of us have 2lb and some are already in the 140s... Lets motivate and push each other as we are all working towards the same goal(getting to the 140s)...
