Due to some personal worries, I don't expect a lose this week. I hate making excuses for myself but I seem to be good at it. I'm going to work out my worries away or at least attempt to exhaust myself. Last night was the first time I have slept more than two hours in a week. It's getting out of hand.

aww i'm sorry to hear about you having personal problems. hope things work out. and thats a great attitude to workout , release of those endorphins might make you feel better.
today i saw 153.0lb on the scale- thats the lowest i've ever seen. and i dont even remember the last time i was at this weight, maybe in my early twenties, but i really dont remember. but i dont think its REAL maybe some water weight loss. probably will shoot back up again tommorow. but going to try and eat 1500 calories to maintain. its my rest day today
