ok so in march i took measurements because of the plateau i thought maybe i AM changing but its not reflected by weight, and well, basically my dimensions were exactly the same in March as they were in December xD And then i got a personal trainer and started doing some weights and changed my running to have some speed intervals and and and and got an eating plan and started eating more fruits- a big deal for me because i think before i started trying to lose weight i prob ate about one piece of raw fruit a year, no exageration (omg I discovered manderins! i have been missing out!)

Thank you all for sticking with me through all my whining and crying even though my weight loss plateau isnt broken yet, i feel like i am at least making some progress now
Yeah, the body fat percentage could be a little hit and miss, it was calculated using those measurements on a website lol, but it is done in exactly the same way as it was done in march so it should at least be consistent, and the loss should be right xD
