I was wondering if anyone has tried Barry's Bootcamp? If you have, how do you feel about it? Does it give you a good workout? I have it, but have not tried it yet. I notice many people talk about the 30 day shred. So, should I start with the bootcamp, or save my money and exchange it for 30 day shred?
